With the initiative of famous Haitian film director Dominique Télémaque, Sara led the Communication and Visibility Plan, Destellos de Esperanza/Miwa Lespwa, of the 10th EFD of the EU Binational Program Dominican Republic-Haiti. As an Expert conceptor and coordinator, Sara took part of a large 2 years project organizing conferences, activities, forums, exhibitions and performances aiming to promote values of harmony and collaboration between actors of the various sectors of society: politicians, intellectuals, artists and social agents of both countries, to name a few. The PCB finances more than 35 NGOs in both countries involved in agriculture, migration, education, border infrastructure as well as environmental initiatives.
Sara, following university student Claude Sannécharles’ initiative, coordinated Kemi Seba’s first visit to Haiti with Fondation Daniel Mathurin, Fondation Félicitée, and Louise Carmel Bijoux. The visit featured key events, including an appearance on the popular TV show Café Philo, a visit to Fondation Daniel Mathurin, and an interview on the renowned radio show Chokarella.
Since 2012, the Ex-Minister of Haitians living abroad and President of the Zile Foundation, Edwin Paraison, initiated the event Premios Diaspora; an awards show aiming to honour both Dominicans and Haitians supporting the Haitian community in the Dominican Republic. Sara joined the team in support of coordinating the annual event for its 2013, 2014 and 2015 edition.

With the initiative of the Japanese organization JICA and its project, TURISOPP, along with the Canadian Consulate in Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, Sara was appointed as a coordinator of the Festival de la Tambora, an initiative aiming to honour close to 30 drummers (tamboreros) of the region aged from 13 to 65 years old. Under the musical direction of famous cultural ambassador Jose Duluc, this occasion was one of the rare ones where the traditional culture was featured in such an inclusive and celebrated way at the annual provincial Festival of Puerto Plata.
For three years, Sara led a high-profile mission in the Dominican Republic to preserve the renowned painter’s legacy, in both the Dominican Republic and Curaçao. The initiative also helped Jean Girigori, an amputee for years, walk again, ultimately enabling the artist’s return to her home and main gallery in Curaçao.
Upon returning to Canada, Sara engaged herself with an initiative to encourage youth entrepreneurship, the Jeunes-Projet Foundation. FJP collaborates with the alternative education sector and finances students' projects in school to stimulate entrepreneurship and self-empowerment, FJP was supported by the Canadian Heritage program, Youth take charge.
Following that experience, she served as an administrator for her son, Lujah Dauphin Rénélique, and his famous sneaker and urban apparel store, Centrall. Determined to encourage the youth with self-empowering initiatives, she focused on providing tools and resources for these initiatives to grow and prosper.
